The scenic scapes of the northeast are home to the beautiful 'flower of many trees' and Shillong is all set to host the Cherry Blossom Festival after a recess of almost two years.
The annual Shillong Cherry Blossom Festival 2022 took a break in 2020 due to the pandemic and did a slow restart last year in 2021. However, this year, the festival is planning to come back with more strategies.
This year it will be a four-day event. The event will continue from November 23 and extend till November 26. Moreover, Shillong Literary Festival is happening on November 21-23.
The town will be covered with pink and the visitors can enjoy the palpable essence of the place. Moreover, one must visit the festival this year as artists like Papon, Nikhil Chinappa, Jonas Blue, Lou Majaw, and others will be present to excite the beauty of the town.
